Overview

Design Tokens Explorer (the “Product”) is a software plugin provided by Vira Software (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, installing, or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes. Your license is limited to the number of activations purchased. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not:
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Copy, replicate, or create competing products based on the Product
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Vira Software
  • Use the Product in SaaS, cloud, or shared environments without permission

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by a Merchant of Record (“MoR”) (e.g., Polar), which acts as the reseller of the Product. By purchasing, you enter into a transaction with the MoR, which is responsible for billing, taxes, invoicing, and payment processing. Refunds are handled by the MoR according to their policies. We may review and approve refund requests, but we do not control the processing, timing, or final outcome. Chargebacks may result in immediate license termination.

Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Product at any time. Some features may require an internet connection or access to our services. We do not guarantee that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all environments.

Disclaimer

The Product is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vira Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Milan, Italy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
